Have you suddenly lost interest in sexual activity. Are you at that stage where you don’t get excited even when your partner gets naked?

Don’t panic because it’s something that happens to everyone at some point, especially when something is causing stress. Still, it is something you need to address, especially for married couples, if you don’t want to lose your partner and the many benefits of having sex.

Here are 3 simple tips to help you out:
1. Get fit on your feet.
You should hit the gym more often now. Exercising improves blood flow in your body in general and your sex organs in particular. Your testosterone levels increase and the increased endorphins pumped into your system when you work out lifts your mood. Aside that, being fit gives you added sexiness.

2. Sleep and rest off the stress.
Nothing kills your sex drive like stress, too much work and too much worrying. As the stress hormone cortisol increases, your testosterone levels plummets and so does your s*x drive. So sleep more and rest more.

3. Eat well and live well.

Generally, a healthy diet is healthy for your sex life. Include the following in your diet too: Broccoli, Cloves, Figs, Watermelon, Eggs, Ginseng, Saffron, Lettuce, ginger, honey, chocolate (not too much though!). You may not get all the above, but fruits and vegetables have been long known to have a lot of vitamins and minerals your body needs to produce the sex hormones that will lead to better sexual arousal and pleasure. You can also consider stepping down on smoking and alcohol intake.
